I was so happy to find this NIE service. I was trying to move forward with a property purchase in Spain from the U.S. and I realized nothing would happen without my NIE. The first step with the notary happened the very next day and the Apostille just a few days later. There was a mail hiccup due to Christmas holidays and a DHL service disruption due to weather, which caused the NIE completion to slip just several days from the promised expedited date. Without hesitation, FastNIE made good on their policy to refund the expedited cost difference to my credit card. All the way along the process I had prompt updates.
